Edgar Martínez, 33, was detained by ICE agents in Phoenix, Arizona, after agents allegedly disguised themselves as electricians to gain access to his property. His partner, Marisol López, said the agents cut the electricity service and entered without revealing their identity. López said Martínez had no serious criminal record and was in the process of applying for a T visa. He is currently being held at a detention facility in Florence, Arizona.
