Witnesses said about ten agents, some without masks, entered the courthouse around 1 p.m., and video captured advocates being blocked by marshals and a woman falling to the ground during the confrontation. Advocates, including Middlesex Immigrant Rights Alliance member Miguel Castro, gathered outside after learning ICE was near the courthouse, and state officials said they are reviewing whether Connecticut law on courthouse enforcement and mask use was followed.
