A federal lawsuit filed by Public Counsel, CHIRLA, Immigrant Defenders Law Center, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP challenges conditions at the Adelanto ICE Processing Center, alleging denied medical care, inadequate nutrition, unsanitary conditions, and retaliation against detainees who speak out.
