Central American couple grabbed by the neck and threatened with taser during traffic stop in Minneapolis area

Valentina and Hector, a couple from Central America, were driving home from work with Valentina's cousin Luis when they were surrounded by unmarked vehicles. An agent opened Hector's car door, grabbed the back of his neck, pushed his face down toward the steering wheel, and pressed what appeared to be a taser against his stomach. Hector, who suffers from a throat condition, began coughing, threw up, and had difficulty breathing. Valentina and bystanders called 911, and an ambulance transported Hector to the hospital.
