A family of four, including a toddler and another young child, were detained at the Whipple Federal Building for over 10 hours during Operation Metro Surge. No diapers were provided in detention. When the family was released, the toddler was covered in urine. A volunteer who met them outside stated the family was 'literally shaking' from the experience.
