ICE detains two people just outside school fence line in south Phoenix as children arrive for school, agent escorts student to entrance

In south Phoenix, ICE detained two people just outside Southwest School's fence line as children from kindergarten through eighth grade were arriving for the day. After detaining a student's guardian, a federal agent escorted the child to the school entrance while ICE vehicles were parked just off school grounds.
