In Adelphi, Maryland, Montgomery County Councilmember Kristin Mink filmed federal agents detaining a person near a school. She said an agent grabbed her arm, touched her face and reached for her phone while ordering her to leave, and two vehicles then drove toward her before leaving the area. Mink said she is considering legal options and plans to continue monitoring ICE activity in her community.
