An older Cuban man was transported 'naked, tied up' on a deportation bus through the Nogales-Sonora border crossing to Mexico, according to Fernando, a 66-year-old Cuban man who was on the same bus. At the border, US immigration authorities asked paramedics to get the man off the bus, but the paramedics said they could not take responsibility for him. Fernando got off the bus as instructed and never saw the older man again.
