Isaac Luis-Azamar witnessed ICE agents arrest his father, Luis Silas, near 43rd Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix in February 2026, and intervened because he believed an agent was about to hit his father. He was then arrested and accused of assaulting an ICE officer during the encounter.
