Witnesses reported that ICE agents stopped a Garden Grove community member's car and dragged him out, punching him in the face and pushing him out of the vehicle, causing him to hit his head, before dragging him on the ground. Community observers who were monitoring the scene to ensure the man was informed of his rights were removed from the property by the building's management company and then from the adjacent public parking lot. Witnesses said ICE agents operating out of the Santa Ana Federal building have been known to primarily target Latino and Asian community members without producing judicial warrants.
