Mother farmworker sues DHS over quota-based detention in Oregon

A mother and farmworker resident of Oregon was arrested by DHS agents who smashed the window of a passenger van she was riding in to work. According to the case, she was detained to fulfill a detention quota despite years of compliance with release conditions and DHS having ceased removal proceedings. She was transported to an immigration detention center in Tacoma, Washington and is now challenging her detention as unconstitutional.
