ICE Proposes 387% Fee Increase for Deportation Stay Applications

ICE issued a notice of proposed rulemaking to increase the fee for Form I-246, Application for a Stay of Deportation or Removal, from $155 to $755. This represents a 387% increase in the adjudication fee. Public comments on the proposal are due by July 6, 2026.
