Man arrested at traffic stop near polling site, mayor seeks ICE guidance

Rogelio Cortez, 50, was arrested during a traffic stop initiated by Texas Department of Public Safety near a West Side library. State troopers said Cortez had an outstanding vehicle burglary warrant.
