52-year-old Mexican man develops full diabetes at Camp East Montana after facility fails to provide pre-diabetic diet or medication

Tomás M., a 52-year-old Mexican man who was pre-diabetic before arriving at Fort Bliss, developed diabetes because the facility failed to distribute his prescribed medication and insulin. At the time of his interview, he had gone 15 days without either of his prescribed pills and had not received any insulin at all.
