Denis Guillen-Solis, 30, a landscaper from Honduras, ran into the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center with two coworkers to avoid being detained by masked ICE agents who approached as they exited a vehicle at a job site. Staff members at the facility told the agents they needed a warrant to enter and attempted to stop them, but agents pulled Guillen-Solis from the doorway and detained him. DHS said staff "assaulted law enforcement," locked doors, and blocked vehicles, while video shows Guillen-Solis asking agents for identification before being forcibly removed.
